I woke today with lots of thoughts swirling in my head. Whenever I feel my state of mind is a bit shaken, I know I’m looking at things from the wrong perspective. I visited India several years ago and listed to a peaceful guru (teacher) discuss mindfulness. So today, I found this 8 minute video. It helped me look at the current virus situation from a more peaceful place. If you feel at all off keel or anxious in the current state of events, it might help you as well.
