Much of society tries to define us from the moment we are born. But if other people label us, and we let those labels box us in, then we are greatly limiting who and what we truly are. That’s why the only label I can fully accept is that we are the embodiment of God’s love. I find that everything else is somewhat superficial. Even so, I realize that I am experiencing my existence in a physical dynamic world, and people love putting things into categories. So if someone asks me about how I label myself, I find that non-binary is the most comfortable label to take on. Regardless of how people choose to express their spirit on this planet, everybody deserves respect and the encouragement to love themselves for who they are.
